Dipped in Roses, LLC was created by a seven-year-old named Ellie while in quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic. During her newly found craft time at home, Ellie and her mom began making homemade dye from flower extract and dying her old play clothes.

With winter approaching and the pandemic continuing to linger, Ellie wanted to start providing pieces of unique 'sunshine' to people. As each piece is completely unique and impossible to recreate, Ellie saw scarves as something pretty people could wear that could be as special as each person in the world.

Although Ellie started this as a fun activity, she also saw it as an opportunity to give back to her community by telling her mommy she wanted to give some away to help keep people warm. With this concept, it was decided that for every two scarves purchased, one would be donated to a local charity or homeless shelter.
